Bright economy room, very comfy beds. Appetising food combined with an EXCELLENT service. Immensely pleasant and exceptional staff, incredible location short walk to restaurants or train journeys, an excellent archaeological museum and sloping alley.

Top location to archeological museum and easy access to the main shopping centre and a supermarket. Plus, walking distance to Frontone Gardens. A nice size and well-equipped units with an excellent view, a balcony, for instance.

The location of this hotel was great for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of many attractions and there was a convenient supermarket nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and bus timetables. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the option of having breakfast brought to our room.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of air conditioning in our room made it uncomfortably hot, especially during the day when we couldn't stay in the room.

We stayed here for four days as a basis to explore Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. It proofed to be a good choice. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was fine, bathroom very nice. Location at the edge of the center of town is good. Nice street with restaurants and shops.
There is no bus service to the hotel, which can be a bit cumbersome with luggage. But then again the bus station is only about 10 minutes walking distance. We didn't try the breakfast but it seems overpriced. There are excellent cheap alternatives nearby.

We took a taxi from the train station to this boutique hotel, were greeted warmly, and were offered help with our luggage. The hotel is on a hill, so I had asked for a small balcony. Our private balcony was not small at all! The view was so pretty and the price so reasonable that I wished we were staying more than one night. We paid for the 6.50 Euro extra continental breakfast and found it a bargain. There was yogurt, juice, and plenty of breadstuffs to choose from, and the coffee (American style and size but made with an espresso machine) was the very best I had anywhere in Italy. What a treat! Internet shops are hard to find in Italy, and there was one only a few steps away. I can recommend this little hotel to anyone going to Perugia.

Very friendly staff. The best staff of our trip in Italy, nothing was too much for them! Great views over Perugia and the countryside. Good location. Breakfast is also possible outside at the patio between some flowers. Twin room possible. Safe parking at ground level for our bicycles. Reasonable price. Breakfast is not included but costs only 6,50 euros. Not a big room, but very good value for money!

I recently stayed at a 2-star hotel just outside the main center. The location was perfect for me as it was within easy walking distance of everything. The hotel offered rooms with small terraces and great views on the second floor, which I availed at an additional cost, and it was totally worth it! The staff, especially the owner, Mario. Another advantage was the free parking on the main street outside the hotel, which was provided with a parking sign.
One downside was that there was no WiFi in the room, but it was available in the reception and breakfast area. Additionally, during weekends, parking in the area could be a little difficult.

On arrival we were taken to the 3rd floor with elevator access, walked into the room which had a stunning view overlooking the Perugia suburbs. Waking up every day to the view was amazing, we even had a little patio to have our own prepared breakfast or evening drinks after sightseeing that day. The price was very nice for the location of the hotel which is a short (10 min) walk to the city center, you can even go down to the lower levels and take the elevator into the city which is a treat as you will see the internal structure of the city. The website photos do not do this place enough justice. All staff members were very helpful, kind and courteous. Parking was a bit of a hassle with no private parking (street access only) although if you don’t have a car then no problems. Rooms were always clean and tidy. We never had breakfast as we prepared our own with food from the local markets in the area. By the way the pizza restaurant around the corner is marvelous I believe the name is Pizza Romantica.
